the city is meant to promote the work of poets from not only the cleveland, ohio area, but anyone who has a city in their head.

please feel free to submit poems/prose/stories via email to kathyvirgw@yahoo.com. the city does not necessarily have poems about the city, but is meant to provide a stained glass motif of various scenes, thoughts. the city is dark and sombre, cool and neon-lighted, floating and ethereal, with patches of green metroparks and sparkling splotches where children play in opened fire hydrants.

i ask to be able to post poems i've accepted at my discretion in current and future issues, online and hard copy. i need to be able to promote the site and publications, using the material accepted at my discretion. i don't care where else you publish the poems i've accepted as long as i can use them, also.
